So, blizz didnt do any PTR testing at all, released a buggy/messy aq patch, which brought the PTR vendor in SW that allowed you to buy tier 2 and below gear, causing some people to think âexploit early and often,â seeing as blizzard has made mistakes like this in the past (with instances of nothing happening to those that exploit early and often), but, since blizz seems to have a horde bias in SOD, they mistakenly took all armor instead of the pieces that were garnered through exploits trying to fix the issue.
Did I get that runon sentence right?

I thought his reply was hilarious personally.
In my case like I said, they deleted a core-forged belt and bracers that I never equipped (obtained from vendor expressly for use on a pvp set) because I havenât queued a bg since hitting cap for R14 on like, Wednesday or Thursday of last week, and then also deleted my core-forged chest that I got on November 24th.
Fact check;
Maybe next time you wont try to exploit.

SOD was very fun, but the balance IS off lately. I think Blizzard may regret its release or have downsized the department that was working on it. Itâs still a decent playthrough but the first two phases were the best because it seemed very âFresh,â which is something Blizzard hasnât achieved in decades.
A âbugâ eh. Thatâs quite a stretch there! Placing vendors in the middle of stormwindâs trade district isnât a bug, its dev incompetence.

Putting a vendor in a major city in the season of DISCOVERY where they add stuff without player knowledge is not exploiting.
People have been asking for a catchup mechanics for months.

Literally hunters exploiting into the walls on a daily basis for gain. GLITCHING into the walls.
But you choose to come on my thread, and spam non sense because our legit earned gear being gone.
People who got 100+ bracers for a few gold and got nexus crystals got away with it.
People who went to BWL and changed the item ID got away with it
People like me who did nothing with the items, as instructed, punished?

eh well. Lets look at this situation. If i buy some vendor items by accident but chose not to try to exploit it once i realize it is an error, I get legit gear deleted.
If I would have chose to ruin the economy for people like you, who seem to deserve it anyways, i get away clean with tens if not hundreds of thousands of gold.
Its up to the devs i guess what kind of lesson this will be. weâll see.
But your complaint isnât that the gear you bought from the vendors got deleted, right? Itâs that all that tier gear you had already acquired legitimately was deleted as well. Correct?

Its SoD. I played PTR but most dont. If I didnt Id have no idea what these vendors were and why they were there.
