Thank you for contacting us about these missing items. I took a thorough look into the situation to see what was going on. Based on what our records indicate, the tier 2 items in question were acquired due to a bug that left a vendor in the game that should only be available in the PTR. Because of that, the gear was removed from any characters that purchased it.
Customer Support is not able to restore these items under any circumstances. In the future, if you find a bug that would give you an advantage, do not engage with it and instead, report it either through the in-game feature (found under the Help menu) or by posting on our forums.
That was your reply? Thats odd and there is no way that could be my response (and has not been so far) because Anyone can take a quick look at my raid logs and see its absolutely impossible I do not have 1 pc of tier 2 gear. A quick 20 second check by anyone will tell you this.

I understand you questioning if what I am saying is real, as so many people are STILLL trying to take advantage of this whole thing. But i appreciate you not being a complete bozo about it like others have been. spamming nonsense memes about exploits.
This is actually how I ended up here. CS told me to create a post in the bug report forum.
I was given the same instructions by the ingame ticket service people.
This is a ticket issue. It also sounds like your account may have been hacked. Usually, people that log in naked gave their credentials away to a scammer. Either way open a ticket!

I sent screenshots of my 8 pieces of tier Iāve had since October 16th and theyāre arguing that Iāve never had it but Iām p5 bis on every offpiece.

no no. Ranklol I would suggest doing what I was told by a GM. Open your battle.net launcher and in the top left click Report a bug. Remember your raid logs and stuff is public record, you should under no circumstance accept a response from a GM that is mis understanding your situation, clearly.

Correct. In a different round about way I was told the same thing. Except my GM was a little more helpful said make a bug report on the blizz launcher. This has to be delt with by The dev team. GMs seem to have been instructed not to do it. because the dev team wants to get a full range and scope of what caused our legit items to be removed, because that was not intended.
I assume if this ever happens in the future, or something even similar, they want to be able to do this same thing again without impacting items it was not intended to impact. So they want to investigate this bug in the roll pack operation they did during maintenance, and fix it. and I was told we gotta be very patient while they do this.

Tbh i dont see them giving it back even if it was there mistake it is not fair at all but they dont care enough sadly. If they do fix it and give it back that would be cool though. Then again i could just be bias i quit after bwl due to there lack of doing anything really so hope im wrong
Dude we can see your logs. The week before the patch you had 4/8 T2 with a mix of ZG DPS gear
Week after patch you rocking 7/8 t2 with a Lokāamir il Romathis.
You exploited and you found out.

Check my logs. Blizzard deleted that gear.
There are now 5 reports on the forum that indicate blizzard removed non-ptr vendor items, with evidence of legitimate sourcing of those items.
Blizzard needs to do something.
And yetā¦ Iām walking around stormwind and I dont see any naked people.

I had 4/5 T2 i owned at the time, equipped on my character. and the 5th pc not equipped because it did not make 6pc yet.
Next week I got 2 more T2 drops. Not to mention the 6 pc Healing T2 in my bank that raid logs do not reflect but a GM/dev can easily verify on the back end, they were earned months ago.
ITS ALL GONE bro. Thank you for showing everyone you can easily verify our claims, publicly. No one exploited here, no one wants you to feel sorry for them, kick rocks with your attitude problem, no one is here for your opinion on the matter. These were un intended effects of the item roll back.
