I cleared the data in programdata, made sure I’m on the right account…But I can’t find these guys on Wyrmrest Accord or anywhere else…

Did you login to WA or just looking at the realm selection screen?
I have checked both inside the server and outside as well. Deleted the program data, logged out and logged back in, but I’m still unable to locate these characters, only have WOW1 as account. So I’m honestly unsure.
What do you mean by “program data”?
One of the options mentioned in Support is to delete the Cache to Battle.net.
That I did, it did not fix the issue with my characters missing.
Have u tried teh undelete character option and your not logging into classic are you.
Yes I’ve tried undeleting my character and I’m certain I’m playing retail and not classic.
Do you have multiple game licenses and are looking at the correct one? If you have multiple, there’d be a drop-down menu above the play button on the launcher.
I’ve already said that I only have one account “WoW1”. But thanks.
Try creating a lvl 1 toon on the realm it can usualy repop the list.

Already tried that, no dice…
Try initiating a character transfer see where it says the toons are.
There’s no characters to select in character transfer options…
This may require developer intervention maybe problem with purchase ticket/

This character - the hunter - is listed on alterac mountains. Have you checked that server?

It should only say WoW 1 if there are multiple licenses. Otherwise it just says World of Warcraft (above the Play button).
