please look into my characters death. Level 54 Mage …
her name was Alustrial on Doomhowl, but when i transferred her to dreamscythe the game named her AlustrD7964E
she is still dead because i never eben logged her on in dreamscythe
but she needs to be revived and transferred back to doomhowl…is this something you guys can do? her DDOS and server instability was on March 19th so hoping that date is not too far back to get a revive.
That isn’t what CS can do, that’d be up to the devs to make that call and they don’t take requests here.
Customer Support is unable to assist in any way with these. As Zenjy mentioned, this is completely at the developers’ discretion. There is nothing you can do for this, nor anyone you can contact unfortunately. You just have to wait and see if there is revival provided at some point.
