My account was banned without a reason or warning, please help

i had to appeal anonymously i think because i couldn’t log in at all to apply but it asked for my email so i thought it was attached to my account, thats strange

In the future, if you have to do that, just attach any of your other ticket numbers from previous appeals. That way they can connect that “anonymous” ticket with your account and they know who is appealing.

Noted, but not attached till the ticket is worked when you have to submit without being logged in. That is why it is very handy to jot down the ticket number if you have to ever submit a ticket like that.

It hurts me to inform everyone that the ban was uphelp with no explanation and it seems i have no hope of getting my account back. it makes me sad that this happened and scared to even continue playing the game worrying if this could randomly happen to me again and lose everything.

I’m sorry to hear this disappointing news. If what you are saying is true and truly have no idea what you could of done wrong and the messages didn’t seem to help to clarify what happened I too would feel the way you feel.

Most people know what they did. Sure they may try to play it off as if they are innocent or that their interpretation of the rules don’t match Blizzards and the Blizzards is wrong. However if I truly didn’t know what I did was wrong I would feel that way.

Of course I am under the impression that you are being truthful. I tend to try and trust people until I have a reason not to.

You can continue to appeal until they tell you no more appeals will be considered.

I’m not sure what you mean. The GM isn’t the arbitrary party in a dispute of why someone broke the rules and were penalized for this.
