I have 3 free months of game time for buying several epic expansions and later set up a payment plan for a reoccurring sub but my account is considered a trial account I am able to level over 20 and everything but can’t receive mail. Update : only ONE of my characters Runafear doesn’t have the trial account stipulation but I dont know why
If this was done within the last 24hrs that would be why it takes up 2 24hrs for the magority of the restrictions to be lifted. This is why we cant have nice things alot of those gold sellers and hackers would be even worse other wise.

And even if it’s been under twenty-four hours, it doesn’t hurt to log out entirely of everything and log back in. Sometimes that will nudge things into place. If that doesn’t do, then give it the 24 hours and then check back here.

Do you have any addons that could be blocking mail? Two months is plenty of time for the initial restrictions to drop!
If you have not tried it, you might want to try a UI reset. Rename the folders so that you can just reverse it if it does not help.

It might be worth putting in a ticket, but what errors do you get if any? What is stating your a trial account?

Your license looks fine, has time, etc.
I do see trial on the Bnet itself.
I’d try adding in your info - address and such. See if that clears this up.

I kinda wondered if this was one of those adventurer issues, or if there was more than one license or account.

I did and all it said is customer support can not remove trail account status
