Multiple Characters Transferred When Free Transfer Bugged Out

I tried to submit this in-game, but the new support interface wouldn’t let me do it.

I was trying to transfer my shaman from Benediction to Old Blanchy. I kept getting an error, and never received a confirmation. Suddenly my shaman was transferred - which is fine because that’s what I wanted - but my priest was also transferred. I didn’t want to transfer my priest, just the shaman. It’s really messed up that there was never anything indicating that the transfer worked, and then it went and transferred 2 characters. I have no desire to have my priest on Old Blanchy.

We don’t exactly have a category for it, but I’d recommend submitting a ticket using Purchase Failure (I know it’s a Free Character Move, but the functionality is the same as the regular service). Let them know that you didn’t intend for your other character to be transferred. Be sure to provide the name/realm of the character. They can look into it.
