Gd is a small portion of the community, and boxers have never given me trouble.
The devs even said lfr was a mistake.
Which one? Doesn’t really matter as it’s rooted into the community. The removal would be very bad for the game.
Ghostcrawler (the guy who made it) and yeah pretty much says the same thing after. He says its his biggest regret as a game designer.

I’m not sure it would be bad for the game as much as it would just tick people off.
I knew about him, but you said devs like they all said it.
As in profits. People wouldn’t do other difficulties like people think. They would probably quit.
I don’t know about that I haven’t seriously raided since mop and the first tier of bfa. I still am floating around. Lot of other stuff in the game besides raid these days. I just don’t want to look for a new group of people to raid with. Group finder tool makes finding flex normal groups real easy if you wanted.
We can only speculate. I personally say it would as bad as the no flight announcement. Possibly worse.
The lfg thing is pretty easy to get into other difficulties(even heroic) as long as you do it early in the tier. Like around 1/3 of the way through the content everyone wants you to have done it to even join.
You know, the guy Rooted mentioned addressed this as well 
GC knows that without LFR people will just quit, they aren’t going to tighten their boot laces and become heroic raiders.
I mean you can use this logic for everything.
You can say “I flyhack but I only explore zones and don’t harm anyone’s gameplay.”
It’s still cheating. Multiboxing was always cheating, always will be. Having the power of several characters just by paying more for subscription is pay to win and unfair to every other player.

Let the ban hammer fall where it may I for one am glad.
Its no different than smoking or drinking legislation. Laws like that exist for good reason.
Sometimes govt intervention is warranted, otherwise smoking and drinking would still be unrestricted. And I’m saying that as someone who dislikes excessive govt control.
True, its hard to draw the line somewhere specific. It doesnt help people push the envelope until other people become alarmed at their behavior.
The Chinese government does. You are free to move there if you prefer that kind of authoritarianism.
