as someone who boxs 64accounts and has been boxing since cata this is correct, the average teams sizes have certainly increased with easy accessibility with token and boosts supplied with accounts.
we are alienated by the majority of the player base for our play style, we are not to be confused with the botters that sadly happens alot. most the legit boxers know each other and the community is quite small relative to the wow population.
It can be cheating in anybodies mind. Fact is, blizz doesnât see it as such. Not much can be done about it. Those 12 accounts are money for blizz. Doubt itâs going to change anytime.
I donât want this to be considered a trolling question. Itâs an actual curiosity.
What is it about multi-boxing exactly that draws you to the conclusion that itâs cheating?
I could see people making the arguments of things like:
Youâre paying money for convenience
Youâre paying money so you donât have to interact socially with other players
Youâre paying money so you can solo content
I find when people say that multi-boxing is cheating. It tends to revolve around people not familiar with the inâs and outâs of how multi-boxing works. So kind of like how someone new to basketball is playing against someone that knows that you can steal the ball and they steal the ball and the other player is like, âThatâs cheating!â
So itâs not actually cheating then since it doesnât violate any rules. Which is the primary requirement for something to actually be cheating. Your feelings donât matter when the fact is that multiboxing is not cheating.
Okay, I can see where you are coming from in that instance.
Would you also consider it cheating if someone whispered a friend and was like, âHey! this person is ganking me left and right. Could you come over and help me out?â
