Mouse Turning into 4 Way Arrow on Right Click

Just had this happen on another alt. Talked to Chromie, Asked to do pandaria, Get the quest “All Aboard” to secure a flight to Hellscream’s fist.
In flight I hold both the left and right mouse buttons about where the blizz launcher might be in the background window and I am getting the 4 way arrow before I land on the blimp to complete the quest. No windows were moved in the usage of the 4way arrow cursor. Just that the cursor is no longer locked to the windowed screen.

Huh… Interesting. So, are you saying you don’t have the launcher minimized in the background while playing?

Is it possible that the launcher may or may not be interfering with/stealing mouse input? Who else has their launcher up while playing (not minimized to the taskbar or bottom of the screen)?

I myself keep the launcher minimized. (window is closed, with just the icon on the taskbar).
