You have the numbers to prove this theory?
again, this prompts the question, should blizzard have to “own the mistake” of every tooltip that gets changed before the content related to said tooltip is released?
which you still haven’t answered. so what do you think, yes or no?
they’re not sorry, in fact they hate you for forcing them to do this.
Oh yes, it does matter if blizz gets a 90% decrease in revenue. Though, I’m not surprised you think that’s irrelevant.
And that goes back to you making a false equivalence because it isn’t remotely comparable. You’re welcome to come up with a better argument though
They would have left regardless if the change was last minute or clear from the start so again… ?
Log in, right click your profile, go to Instance Options, Raid Difficulty and you can find Normal, Heroic, Mythic. LFR is not considered a difficulty. Even on the LF system, Dungeons state “Random Dungeon” “Random Heroic”. LFR is nothing of that.
I just canceled all three of my subs. It’s not just about the Slime Cat but I will say it was the last straw for me.
Changing the wording because we pointed it out instead of honoring the original intent is lowdown and dirty. I didn’t like Shadowlands and season 4 has nothing for me now.
I really don’t know at this point if I’ll be back for Dragonflight.
it’s not a comparison, it’s a question.
it’s also not an argument, it’s a question
Wowhead achievements
For most curves its around 15%
But my numbers were off.
32% of wowhead users did sanctum at lfr or above
The scummy thing too, is they did this right after pre-orders. Thank god I didn’t get one. This company literally breaks the law with their product.
im sorry to hear that, best of luck in whatever you do next
Nope, sorry, by your own admittance it’s a comparison by you saying it prompts the question. You’re welcome to come up with a better argument that isn’t a fallacy that I’d be happy to work with.
Then take off the “R” in it.
With their “higher revenue than expected” Q2 report, they probably won’t mind losing a few subs over this. Especially since most players will come back for DF anyway.
I’m not adding more fire on this “dead horse” topic at this point, (and this is from someone who made a YouTube video I saw over the weekend, sorry that I forget that person’s name) – no matter your stance/ view on what is real raiding, or on your philosophy on who deserves what in the game…
Like the youtuber who’s name evades me right now said (I’m para phrasing with my words though) – This particular issue is simply blizzard not honoring something they said in the original post. It doesn’t matter if it was a mistake someone on their team made, the issue is this is a company that should still be earning trust back from the player base. So integrity matters a lot, or it should to them.
By Blizz not just going “ok so we posted originally that the achievement can be earned with ANY raid difficulty – so we are going to honor that.”, instead they are yet further tarnishing trust levels with their customer base.
no? auhgag, prompting a question is not a comparison. again, it’s a question, NOT a comparison.
it’s not an argument. are you going to answer the question or not?
It’s also funny that they seem to think that WoW retails at anything above $40 minimum, the audacity is unreal at times. I feel like their suits don’t understand that the value of WoW and all Blizzard games is actually down and not worth it to anyone.
I mean Phil Spencer today literally said there is “nothing unique about Blizzard games” lmao.
If you log into live it now says normal instead of any for the cat achievement. So they hot fixed the text to say what they wanted.
