I claimed the feldrake day 1, and I am STILL waiting for it to show up in my collection to claim. I have proof of my account being linked prior to the drake being claimed, as I recieved the dragon kite within minutes of claiming.
As of right now, this is the only information available on the situation, but rest assured you are not alone.

Have you received it yet? I’m waiting and it’s been over 11 days now. Losing faith.
Nope, my ticket is being ignored and any new ones are being closed. This is poor effort from blizzard.
They replied us a while ago.
Still investigating and no ETA on fix.
It’s not even clear if they intend to work on a fix as saying we’re investigating reports and no estimated time on a fix only tells me they are not fixing it now and have no idea if or when they will do so.
I’d like a clearer answer on whether they plan to fix it or not. It’s been over 11 days, quite upsetting.

I’m yet to receive my Dragon Kite so it seems it’s just the Feldrake being sent now.
