I went to undelete a toon on Rivendare and all my deleted toons are gone. It says there is none. I had (4) level 70 hunters and few others. I wanted to find an old one to undelete.
Help Please!
I’m only seeing one deleted hunter on this Battlenet, Dralcei. It’s not on Rivendare.
Could you have had another Battlenet? Do you have any names?

Rickoshay, was a level 70 hunter on Rivendare or Icecrown maybe. They were there like 4 days ago. I was slowly undeleting them, got 4 undeleted and then the rest disappeared within that time. I had 4 level 70 hunter for sure, at least
Were there any special characters in the name? I’m not finding that at all on either realm.

No, there was also a DK named pigchild that my son made a while ago. There was at least 10 toons. This is disappointing for all the time I put into a few of them.
Not seeing that either, which coupled with your use of special characters in a lot of your names, makes me wonder if this isn’t the case - and it’s a different Battlenet.
Problem with special characters, need the exact spelling to find them.

I never used specials until Classic Cata, since all my names were taken. You guys owe me (4) level 70 hunters. I worked my butt off on those and was trying to get them undeleted. I was able to get my Lock, Warrior, Shaman and Priest thank god.
You aren’t “owed” anything. If you wanted to keep characters you shouldn’t have deleted them. You’re lucky that Blizzard makes it possible to undelete characters at all. Most MMO’s don’t.
That said, if they are level 70 they should still be there unless you’re misremembering where they were and which account they were on.

Were these pre lvl squish or after lvl squish.

Do you still have your original install from when those characters weren’t deleted?
If so, if you look under the following directory path ( C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_retail_\WTF\Account ), then you should be able to identify which realms you had characters on, which license, and even if on a different Battle Net account.
Inside each of those license folders I have in my screenshot below, it shows all my realms. Unfortunately, I have noticed that almost every single realm folder now lists ALL my characters under it. So trying to sort out which realms those characters belong to based off just the files is not as easy,

So within the last week Blizzard blew out all my toon history, that is just great. I did even notice the toon I created and deleted yesterday was also not showing up in the undelete list. I would assume something is wrong on the back end. It’s sucks that I just have to take “I’m Sorry”, I know it’s not your fault they are all gone. I just hate that Blizzard gives no recourse to us, like when our guild rep got reset in classic and it was like “Sorry, you’ll have to regrind that”.
While it does suck that you’re stuck dealing with this, you’re kind of overlooking the fact that you deleted these characters. They didn’t just vanish. Nobody forced you to do that. While Blizzard does have some mechanisms to recover things, they’re not failproof.

It could be your on the wrong server, so try switching servers first. Also a character can be purged if below a certain level.

They disappeared in (1) day. If there was not a 24hr limit to restore them, I would have them back. That is my issue with the disappearance, that it was there and then gone within a day.
They were all on the same server
And you have selected that realm from the realm list via the button at the top of the character select screen?
