Has to be the wrong account, otherwise the Panda would have seen them. Characters have Never just vanished, especially a within a week. That just doesnt happen.

Itâs no prob. I just hate the standard IT responses like âHave you tried turning off on on againâ. I am only here because I am out of options.
Itâs just frustrating, like having to regrind Guild Rep on all my toons in Classic because Blizz had an oops. Pretty sure you could look back in history and see what people had but then again maybe you need a certain level of access at Blizz to see it. I just dislike paying for the game, something goes wrong and you get nothing back.
No one is calling you an idiot, but if Blizz had a server issue THAT big, the forums would be on fire.

Do you still have toons to undelete?
You never did answer my question did u delete them prior to the lvl squish or after that would explain why they cant be found.
No it was after, they were level 70âs. In my previous post they were there and then not within 5 days ago.
There was like 10 plus in the list, I started doing 1 a day as per my limit. I got my warrior, shaman, priest and warlock and then the list was blank then next day.
I missed that sorry.
I even reinstalled Classic Era to undelete a mage I was leveling in fear of losing that.
I just checked and all the toons that should be able to be undeleted are still available to be undeleted for me. I donât normally delete toons, the only ones I did were âdisposableâ ones that I only levelled to get the allied race armor.

Characterâs generally donât just go poof. So letâs see if we can get a bit more information.
First. What level were these characters? How long ago were they deleted?
Second. Did you check your files like Kyzera asked and what did you find?
Yes, that is working correctly. The undelete option only allows you to restore characters level 10 or greater.

They were level 70âs, I could not tell you when they were deleted. They were there (like I said) and then by the time I was undeleting the 4th toon they were gone. Like I said if I could have got them all at once I would have but there is now a limit of one every 24hrs. The folders only have my active toons in them, I did a fresh install to see if that helped and it did not.
Also, why was one of my responses âHiddenâ with the threat of Silencing my forum account? There was nothing out of line and I said nothing or a threating or hateful manor.

That is unfortunate. I have never heard of any characters just disappearing, let alone four of them. Both Orlyia and I looked up the characters you listed, both on your account and just in general. Iâm afraid we were unable to find any

Because it was seen by others as inappropriate. While we didnât delete the post, it was left hidden because it didnât really add to the discussion. The âI miss the old customer support systemâ comment probably was the trigger there. Especially since customer support now or back in 2004 would be in the same position⌠If we donât see the characters in your deleted list, we canât do anything about restoring them. We can only go off of information that we have and while I have no reason to doubt you are telling the truth, that doesnât make it possible to restore characters we have no evidence of.

I just liked opening a ticket because you just dealt with a game master and it was not a public forum for everyone to comment on.
They were deleted maybe within the last year?..
I was adding them back since I found out the character limit was now 50, sometimes I would delete one to make room for another, but if there is now room Iâd rather have them to help farm transmog gear. I got 4 done and then they ywere all gone before I could go through them. I was looking to undelete possibly the other 4 hunters, Monk or Demon Hunter. I was not sure if I had a Monk or Demon Hunter and did not get the chance to make a mental note of how many there was or names, as I did not think they would be gone within 4 days. I was only able to find the hunter names from a backup copy of the postal addon which had those names in the lua file.
The character limit is actually now 65, with TWWâs addition of Warbands.
Of course, this doesnât change your basic issue, but I thought it would be good to have the accurate number out there in case someone else stumbles on this and thinks itâs correct.

Yeah I love some of the new changes. I have all my toons in one guild now since you can do Alliance and Horde in the same.
Just for clarification, character limit used to be 50 for Modern World of Warcraft, it is currently 65. It is 50 in WoW Classic Era, and 50 in WoW Classic Progression (Cataclysm).
I am sorry, Dralcei. I simply cannot find any trace of the characters you are referring to. Iâve checked your account, just searched for the characters in general. Iâve even searched on the European realms just in case you were playing there (even though there isnât any indication you were).
I checked for other WoW licenses and Battlenet accounts associated with your IP in case there were other accounts out there, there are not (at least logged into in the last few months). So weâre more than a little stumped. As I said, characters generally donât just go poof, especially if they donât met any of the criteria to be deleted. If your characters were level 70, they shouldnât have been purged from the database so they should be there.
Unfortunately, they are not and I donât know of any other recourse as we donât have anything to go on at the moment.

Well that is disappointing. Just sucks to have to lose all the time and money that was spent on those toons. I server transferred all those hunters from Icecrown to Rivendare (my home server) when Warcraft Hunters Union (WHU) was not as active as it was in the past.
I donât know what weâll be able to find and I cannot guarantee the results, but Iâve sent it up for investigation. Iâll let you know as soon as I hear back.
