Missing 2nd Catalyst Quest

I responded on the other thread, but in case you don’t see it:

Revival Catalyst Quest not showing up on any level 70 characters

The catalyst has closed for season 2 until June 13th. According to the blue post, once it re-opens, there will no longer be a quest, and every character will receive a charge every week.
