I have logged in on all of my level 70 characters. None of them have the Revival Catalyst quest available since the patch release. Has anyone had any similar issues?

Yep - same issue here. I’ve checked next to the Vault, at the Catalyst, with Watcher Kronos and can’t find the quest anywhere. Haven’t actually seen it available for a couple weeks but didn’t really care until last week when the new season/new gear came out.
The catalyst has closed for season 2 until June 13th. According to the blue post, once it re-opens, there will no longer be a quest, and every character will receive a charge every week.
