It’s not there for any of my characters either, and I have a piece to convert for raid this week. So boo.
Also missing second on my account. Completed the quest but never gained the second charge and now I can’t get another quest
Yes, I have this issue as well and some of my guildmates do too.
In case these forums are being reviewed, character Sugalumpz on Tichondrius (US) has 389 Flametender’s Legwraps waiting to convert, and am told I have 0 charges. My main is Eldvålnad (Tichondrius US) and I don’t have a quest or any charges there, either. Played a bunch this week and nothing was able to benefit converting that gear

Any luck with this issue? I haven’t seen the quest available for a few weeks but didn’t care until now that there’s new gear.
