Disagree. This “rinse and repeat stuff” is getting me better gear and some of it is actually fun. It might be designed to prep one for raiding, but like those long attunement quest chains in vanilla and TBC, I choose to consider it premium casual content ( as far as WoW goes)
Almost like people are at work.
in the afternoon? on a weekday?! oh my heavens, surely this is the end.
According to Google, you’re on a low pop server, so that could be a contributing factor, but yeah. Compared to day one and how laggy it was with just the sheer amount of people, to now, with hardly anyone in the zone, it’s kind of noticeable.
For some of us, this is the time we always play. We know how busy it usually is. It is definitely lower.
Well, I am on disability.
I’m retired.
It’s almost like they made grinding rares optional, and people are choosing to not do it because it’s boring…
I personally only do the bare minimum I need to do in order to get flying when it’s available :]
Once I can fly then I’ll do the content more (alts) because I won’t have to be annoyed running around on the ground.
Some people do have a life outside of WoW. So work probably contributes to the ghosttown lol
It’s a good thing I don’t really have a way to access WoW at work… Forum-surfing is one thing but I’m pretty sure actually being logged in to an MMORPG would consume enough bandwidth to where I’d get caught.
Remoting into my home PC is pretty great
Overrated.

I have that capability theoretically but the internet architecture here is such that… I’m kinda SOL.

not mandatory open world = nobody do it sadly , specialy rares
I’ve done it for a while and they have yet to yell at me.
That thread doesn’t really sound like what I’m doing, anyways.
some of us have irl stuff to do during the day you know.
Korthia was a much smaller zone, plus it takes so long to get to each rare that I think many people just aren’t going to bother until flying is available.
Also the zone is more optional than Korthia was, so if you don’t need the catch-up gear, I think all you need to do in ZM is the campaign.
I decided to poke into Zereth Mehtis on Monday.
The highlight of my experience was talking about Destiny 2 in general chat.
