I donât really like Metal, but Iâm like waaaay excited for the new Mr. Bungle album. Theyâre rerecording their high school idiot juvenilia that any sane musicians would disavow. Just world class instrumentals and vocals over literal childrenâs ideas of songwriting. Itâs great. Itâs un PC, obnoxious and totally asinine rockstar indulgence and the three singles suggest to me that theyâre going to pull it off. They deftly could have made a follow up to California 20 years ago but it didnât interest them and they reformed the band for THIS.

Growing up as a kid in north Jersey we had the greatest metal treasure that I know of. Seton Halls Pirate Radio 89.5fm. Specifically the call in show Monday Night Mayhem and this was the theme:
