Because it will drastically increase bg qs for alliance for literally no reason. People will be more prone to just go horde because they don’t have any repercussions for swarming a single faction and it could basically kill off an entire faction like it did in retail. Oh, well perception is WAY better in BGs and world PvP IMO. There are way more situations to use it in, and way more opportunities to surprise people. It actually feels a little unfair to be a human rogue in world PvP sometimes.

Yes, yes it would lol. Have you seen the bugs that have been happening in tbc? If they just tried to whip up a faction transfer that would take an immense amount of work, not even mentioning that they would be doing it for free so we all know how that’s going to work.

Plus we all know this would cause a ton of rage among the community as well. Because in order to do this you also have to lock transfers off of that server otherwise horde will be swarming the free transfer servers in order to get their faction changes if they want them. Then people will be yelling and screaming on here to offer THEM a faction transfer because other people got it but they didn’t.

Yes, this would quite literally break so much stuff in the game it’s not even funny. Plus you would have to turn it off if people started transferring too much on certain servers so then you’ll be stuck with some people having lost their group and guilds because they didn’t hit the transfer button in time.

The only logical solution, is for these players to reroll. Plain and freaking simple. They dug their grave, they can dig out of it.

Yeah guys the solution is really simple how can you guys not see? Create a FREE service to help the people out who actively ruined their own experience by flooding one faction for pvp.

Let’s just make the faction transfer that is

1. Limited by server
2. Lock down that server so no one can transfer to it to get a faction change and kill off other servers like the free server xfer did
3. Limit it to a certain faction only.
4. Write the code to swap over all faction specific reputations, items, mounts, spells, etc
5. Make an emergency shut off on these transfers so it doesn’t swing too far to one side
6. Also make it so it FORCES a full character page transfer on pvp only servers or take out the one faction per server rule that is in tbc

Yeah guys it’s so easy the answer is right there I’m sure there won’t be any bugs, I’m sure this won’t take a ton of time to develop and it’s all for free so I’m sure blizzard will be happy to do it.

Some of us play with friends and they unfortunately chose horde.

Some of us have friends who play Fortnite. Instead of demanding special treatment, we weighed the benefits and costs of each option and ultimately settled on playing the experience that’s better for us. I advise you do the same.

Faction balance is there in place for pvp servers where people actually like to world pvp. Which is why so many people have gotten upset with the servers that have fallen victim to the mentality of zerging one faction on a specific server.

I just explained to you how it does, whether or not you want to believe it or not is up to you.

Retail had this issue after the merc mode that it was so bad they had to split titles by faction just to give people some incentive not to swarm one of the factions.

I’m guessing you’re either new or completely oblivious to any of this so I’m sure this means nothing to you.

Sure it does. There is a game called World of Warcraft: Shadowlands that features this exact game mode. You can log in right now on Alliance and see what a ghost town it is on most realms.

TL;DR

Enjoy rp’ing (horde rp of course) for an hour between bgs.
