Looks to affect more things than just this quest. Got stuck with an Alt on this quest then jumped on my main and couldnt use any buttons at a pylon in Nazj either. So its something with vehicles.

Same issue here. Extremely frustrated. I submitted a bug report. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. I was really looking forward to finishing the war campaign.

Boozerbear reputation requirements for war campaign quests were removed today with the new patch. You can now just play straight through the campaign without the rep grind.
