Masterloot is horrible, how bout we just make PL 100% tradeable for like 4 hours. ML imagine getting a bow and clothpiece in a raid with plate and leather.

You won’t get any changes for dungeons. They were pretty clear that any changes they make will be for raids. They explicitly mentioned they liked how this worked for dungeons.
By the way, if you wanted your friend to give you an IQD, he could have acquired some other trinket from somewhere else and/or valor upgraded something so that IQD was not an ilvl upgrade.

Funny thing - I didn’t like my current guild and I left it. Of course, now these “Mythic Raiders” will claim my opinion doesn’t matter because I’m not in a guild that is currently in Mythic. It’s just stupid.
“Find another guild” is just a cop-out answer because you know you got cornered.

I don’t see how that would be relevant.
With them mentioning coding issues and things I feel the simplest option is to just remove the trade restrictions on PL.
Then guilds can still LC gear and it’s impossible to ninja since the gear goes to a player.
My only change, one that harkens to how ML drops work, is I feel the game should decide the drops FIRST then who gets them according to their loot spec. The opposite of what we have now where who gets loot is selected first THEN what drops.
This will help reduce the amount of rings/neck/cloaks that drop because they are on everyone’s loot table.
The downside is you can occasionally get items that drop that nobody can use. But with how basic and neutered gear is I feel those cases would be very far and few between. Likely isolated to daggers and bows with no rogues or hunters.

You’re wrong. As a female gamer that has probably been gaming longer than you’ve been alive, I’ll have you know that gaming was primarily marketed to males (especially in the 80s and 90s), but there were many females that played them too. Definitely not “mostly guys.” Don’t believe me? All it takes is a little research to find out, there are plenty of articles documenting this.
I’d argue that video games haven’t changed their audiences all that much, the marketing finally just caught up with the reality.

You’re not entitle to someone else’s loot. It’s literally “everyone who participates gets loot” and you’re bringing this submisse mentality into it.
It’s no shock it turns cores into elitist cesspools that find all sorts of excuses not to give others loot.

What kind of “check and balances” would you add thought to address the issue of corrupt GM/RL handing out the loot? We need a way to have it come back with as less abusive potential as possible.
And this is coming from someone who’s never experienced a bad use of it - I’ve always seen it used correctly but many can become corrupt with loot giving powers.
They are still gonna have PL lol…
Just join a PL group why are you being so hysterical because other people might play the game differently than you?
How is that different from telling people to find a new job if their boss is doing weird payscaling stuff that’s bad for you?
