Making an Alt Just to Roll on LFR Gear

I’ve run old LFR, even when you had incentive for legendaries in SL it still took eons to get in. There’s nothing efficient about it.

There’s nothing unequal about that. You both queued, tagged the boss, killed said boss. One person just already has stronger gear, but that doesn’t entitle the person with lower ilvl to that loot. This is is a game and loot is being treated like tax brackets. It’s ridiculous.

It’s not favors, it’s equality. Being overgeared for the content doesn’t make you any less deserving of the loot, which you seem to think people who do less on their character are entitled to more reward than them. Entitled, there we have it. It’s all figured out now.

Who said efficient? You said “Nobody will be running LFR in 10.1”.

It doesn’t entitle the person with stronger ilvl to that loot either. The system favors giving gear to people who can actually use it for an upgrade, since you know, that’s the entire reason for running content in the first place.

You think you are being taken advantage of because you can only greed on gear that isn’t an upgrade for you just because you queued and did more DPS than anyone else and called yourself “dedicated”. I don’t think you know what entitled means.

The restrictions were implemented, but they were bugged for a few items. Those bugs have now been fixed, stop lying.

Just get in there and get your mogs done. Nuff said.

I would love for LFR to be personal loot. It just creates more drama when you have to roll for things, imo.

Seems fine to me, the gear in LFR sucks anyway lol.

This part is correct.

I personally think that the actual solution is to put a bag at the end, guaranteed to give 1 piece of ‘loot’ from each boss killed, to every single player.
What that loot is tho, in that bag, is random, like it is now. THAT way, no one knows what you got in your bag, you can open it at the end, after you’ve left group.
solves a cple. issues

  1. personal loot/group loot
  2. getting no loot
  3. the whole begging for your loot thing
  4. chance at mogs

just my opinion, and as always, feel free to disagree… it’s just an opinion.

That Hunter bow off Raz is better than stuff off m+.

Maybe from the actual raid and not the baby difficulty mode.

I wouldn’t enjoy a bag if it gave me something I cannot equip at all.

You clearly never looked at the lfr raz bow.

Didn’t say WHAT was in the bags…just that it’s a guaranteed thing.

I DO agree tho…it should ALWAYS be something you can use…be it gear, gold…or whatever…gear should only drop for you if you can use it…what use does a BDK have for a Bow? lol

Anything from LFR is trash and will be replaced with real gear from the actual Raid or M+

I think this would be a pretty cool idea, because it also encourages people to stay through the entire wing to get the bags.

Hey I also made an alt just to get the LFR appearances

But instead of only wanting the appearances, I now take trinkets and rings as well!

Got the ottuk from raid necklaces and vendored 7 trinkets so far, thanks for the change blizz

405 Enemy of the sky is nice for us peons.

And its half done. Just let the geared ones get the mog automatically, end of story but Blizzard is lacking when they make these changes, everything is half-done as usual.

I don’t know why Blizzard likes to pretend that this play base is decent. Blizzard should make two items of all gear for LFR. One is the normal gear and the other is cosmetic BoA “gear”. People that need the gear as an upgrade can roll need, if not it is geed. For the cosmetic BoA gear everyone rolls greed or pass. This way people who are better geared still have a reason to do LFR and people who need the gear don’t feel like they are being screwed out of gear.

Yes yes yes. Getting AT LEAST 2 pieces a week felt great. Getting 0 feels like trash. I really wish LFR would go back to personal loot.
