Making an Alt Just to Roll on LFR Gear

Except people don’t transition from LFR to normal in most cases. If they did, open world gear is better except for a few items, and tier can be converted now so LFR is a terrible way to get gear to actually progress anything.

What does this have to do with needing gear for transmog? Just because it is less efficient method to gear doesn’t mean it isn’t a valid method for gearing. Maybe the guy has exhausted every other method for gear and is using LFR to fill in the gaps? Maybe they are there for the trinket?

I just don’t understand the design. They know people play for transmog. They keep doing stuff to transmog to open it up at our requests.

So why would they put a specific coloration in LFR and not let people need on it for transmog?

Nah, thats what need means to Blizzard. That is what the design is for. That’s why they put conditions on needing on LFR tier pieces.

Sounds like you dont get it.

Sounds like you think one person is less deserving of gear.

Less deserving of gear? No. Less deserving of the appearances of the gear? Yep.

That is what the debate is about. They don’t want the gear to use it for its stats or procs. They want the gear for its appearance. Let’s not get this twisted. If you think this is about being less deserving of gear, you aren’t paying attention.

And none of you advocating needing for transmogs being on the same level as needing for gear upgrades has answered why you can’t form your own 25m raid and queue up for LFR for a transmog run.
