Make it so that precognition cannot trigger within 2 seconds of actually being interrupted

it’s interesting that you hear this only from people who are either very good or very bad. this claim is one of the few things my uncle who can’t be trusted to play mario party without swearing has in common with michael jordan

people who can’t find anything to enjoy in games they didn’t win strike me as ill suited for a competitive hobby

I’m not saying I agree with it. I’m just saying thats how the vast majority of people think. Like, no matter how your class is designed, you wont have fun on a 10 game losing streak. It just is what it is.

Remove the timer from m+ and make the dungeons giga hard. Prune the CC

Make it more about clearing a truly difficult experience and not just speedrunning

The timer was the worst thing to happen to WoW PvE.

If you took the timer away then very few people would bother. Slamming your head against the wall just to say you finished a key wouldn’t be a popular concept. The timer provides a criteria to know whether to continue or not and a justification for calling it. Without the timer the scoring system would be useless and people wouldn’t play it anymore given the lack of reward. M+ has been a huge success in WoW so Blizzard certainly wont be doing anything to gut it. I have r1 M+ xp to back up my opinion. But thats not what this thread is about.

I agree precog is dumb. My proposed solution is to remove micro cc from the game.

It bothers me that this is the funniest thing said on this forum in at least 2 weeks and it’s going to go unappreciated.

Just make PvE specific talents like there are PvP specific talents. Put the micro CC there and the problem is actually solved

No. 10 characters.

A better change is to make precog stack. If 2 players kick me at the same time give me double duration of precog. If all 3 kick make it triple. If I’m in an epic bg and 10 people get juked give me 30 seconds of cc and kick immunity. It’s only fair.

I know you’re trolling but thats actually not a terrible idea so long as every stack came with a 10% damage taken increase debuff or something like that

“Some dh kicked air, it seems fair that the priest should be punished for that” lol.

not being rewarded =/= being punished

“10% inscreased damage taken” seems like a punshment to me

Per his example, coordinating kicks amongst a 40 man EBG isn’t reasonable enough to grant a stacking buff for every missed kick w/o a drawback.

i like this idea: yes, EBGs should not exist. get em outta here

the interrupt duration change is the dumbest thing. I mean, I’m sure lots of classes don’t notice as they already had short interrupts. Which made it interesting since there was variety to it. but as a rogue who previously had the ? longest? melee interrupt being on the same tier as a freaking wind shear now while requiring melee range is just who the heck is thinking about these things before they’re implemented.

just more homogenization ruining good things for no reason.

At least mages can still do a long lockout i guess. ? and warlocks maybe.

Who is talking about ebgs balance in those does not matter

The warlock brought it up

Having your character locked out of doing anything meaningful wasnt and never will be fun, regardless of winning or not.

Sure, you can coordinate and create space and rely on team mates, but its still garbo gameplay to spend 20 minutes doing zero dps to eventually nuke someone from.orbit in the 5 secs youre allowed to play.

Precog as a default is a much healthier baseline to balance from.

No one going to be using Precog anyways because reduced damage during stuns is too good
