Like many things, depends entirely on the queue. When there are a lot of requests, which in the evening there is likely to be - it may take awhile.

Can I get a mailbox purge from Benediction on Rensek please?
Our SFAs have gone home for the night. They are likely to pick up where they left off when they get back in tomorrow morning, so please just leave your name-server for the characters who need mail deletion and they will get you taken care of.
Also noting that nothing can be done in regards to active auctions and those who are captains of arena teams - those must be handled manually by the player in question

Make sure to specify the name-realm for the character in question so they can tackle it promptly when they get back to the office in the morning!

Stuck in the several hours long Faerlina queue and can’t clear my mailbox on my 70 Shaman (ParkChanWook). Can you delete what ever mail is there so I can actually transfer?
