i only just got my sub up not very long ago. i doubt i have auctions as it only lasts 24 hours!

Ok, things should be cleared out above, if they could be. Remember active auctions we can’t do - if you are in an arena team, you’ll have to log in to remove that as well

Thank you! However, it is now stating an error was encountered when I attempted the transfer. Could this be due to volume, or another error with the account? I have not logged on to the account for several days (I have attempted but failed due to the queue)

Hey i think my transfer went threw could you look for me! i have not done any arena on the toon, think you guys purged my mailbox. i don’t think i have a active mail as i just got a sub. thanks for the help!

Do you know the reason it is stating there was an error encountered? Is there something I need to do additionally? Or do you have to start the transfer process?

I know you said it started but when the character is locked is that is different issue?

I’d let it sit awhile, we saw a few of these last night as well, may just be congestion.

No, that’s normal. Character locks on the from realm - then processes to the destination realm
