Earlier this evening, checked the AH and saw that some arcane crystals had sold. After more than an hour later, the notice was gone, but the mail never showed up. I had sold 24 arcane crystals for 400g each on Wyrmrest Accord, this character. But haven’t got the gold yet.
Something of a known issue.

I checked my mail this morning and still no gold from the AH sale. So it’s a fairly long delay.
Posted this ten hours ago, saying you had checked earlier that evening. It has probably been twelve-ish hours. If you haven’t gotten them in the 72-hour window, then perhaps you should submit a ticket. Until then, it’s a waiting game. They know something isn’t working right.
