Discrimination! There should be a Druid Tower, a Rogue Tower and a Shaman Tower. Probably can do without a Monk Tower though…

For monks surely using this tint, a tier 20 recolored never implemented into the game but in the data base.
It looks like they’ll have new rewards for it, in this case a unique recolor of the T20 sets, which (imho) are some of the best sets in the game. This is the right way to do it.
Now if they gave us new rewards every season in an ever continuing tradition of the art team balling out of control, then that would be even better.

This is a good idea from Blizz. I see people saying they wanted to try the tower. Now they can and get a different reward.
If it truly works out and the majority of people do remember it how it was or the people who never tried it enjoy it, they could add more things like this into future patches/Expacs and add rewards such as Xmog, druid forms, mounts, etc.
LMAO the ONLY? That’s some insane hyperbole there.
There are 28 variations each of the Guardian and Feral Artifact appearances and only 4 for each spec are unavailable to a new player.
Plus I’d argue that the best Guardian appearance is the Neon Bear from Balance of Power which is still available to all.
Feral also has the Fire kitty which is pretty sweet.

Let me explain.
All of ferals forms, besides one, are pretty similar, especially from a distance. Some players like a more ‘flashy’ appearance, and the disco kitty is the only one that is both distinctive and flashy.

If those four had been one of the existing appearances, like the owlkin, this would be a bit less crappy.
I like that one myself, but there are endless threads about the were-bear, as that’s the only one that is really different, model wise.
I specified combat forms.
Unless you are still playing Cata, you aren’t using this in raids.
What? Fire kitty is available at the barber shop on max level characters and doesn’t hinder combat?

Recolors…pf. All classes already got 100’s of sets to pick from. Druids still stuck with 5 bear models and 1 boomie+astral.

Forget those people, they lost out. Too bad.
If my kid didn’t know what “limited time” meant when he was your age I would have failed him as a parent and should have not let him play with toys so much and made him learn basic things that are expected of adults.
Well, I for one hope you never return then.
It would be another nail in the coffin… considering that they are cherry picking a challenge mode reward that was supposed to be “limited” according to them.
Like so many other things before… atiesh, corrupted ashbringer, mop cloak, cm sets, weapons, legendary ring and this skins to name a few.
This threads are always flamebait and never ends in anything reasonable.

Here’s an idea, given every person who did the mage tower in legion a togglable gold star. Turn it on and a gold star shows up on their character, with the buff Special.

That’s Blizzard for you. The funny thing is these threads always had crap like “Slippery Slope Fallacy!” and we already are seeing people ask for Black Harvest to be returned to the game. This is going to be a huge mistake if they release the mage tower with the same appearances because then they’ll ask for all the other exclusive things.
Literally always happens. It happened when they had PvP titles that were readded because “it’s just so cool I want it” for RBGs. Happened again when people begged for the old pvp gear transmog limits on only people of Rank 9 in Vanilla or higher to be lifted. Then they demanded tier 3 be readded, and BMAH happens.
Really is only a matter of time before we’re dealing with them wanting a second gong ringing event so they can get a mount they missed out on, or open up new servers to do an organized gong banging like they did in Wrath. Or they’ll probably just do some C’thun reboot. Have a new gong event but tie it to individual players and as long as you do it in the first month, log in every day like a good boy you’ll have your black beetle too! This playerbase would go ballistic if they had to farm 42000 fragments on mobs that took a group to kill at a reasonable pace.

Blizz could just make more druid forms and leave the retired items retired. OP wants more druid forms and that’s an actual criticism. But bringing back time-sensitive rewards isn’t the way to do it.
