If someone can defeat the Tower Challenge, give them the reward. People who earned it back then have got their value out of it by now.

Ok, how about this comparison. Mythic raiding gear is some of if not the hardest earned gear in the game when it’s current. Earning a full tier set takes a lot more time than the CM sets did. Yet, that hard earned mythic gear is invalidated once the next patch/next raid hits. The CM sets should be so special just because they were a “limited time” item?

Not at all. I can have an opinion about limited time rewards without being disappointed in the game.

That’s a better comparison and I don’t know why Blizzard leaves mythic raiding gear in the game. I’m going to assume it’s because the content is not limited time.
KSM and gladiator change from patch to patch and the rewards reflect that.

That’s not how “limited time” works. A limited time challenge reward does not come back. It never has before.

We already had a compromise on MTs. Limited time means limited time. Nobody is entitled to people’s rewards, period.

As someone that only ever got all warrior ones and missed out on all others, no.
They should remain unobtainable.
I have 36/36. On paper, I don’t mind them being made available again. But if they went that route, I would essentially have no reason to do whatever content reintroduced them.
That is why I promote reskins. Give everyone a reason to do the content while appeasing both those who want access to the model and those who pride themselves on a unique look.
It seems like it’s arbitrary what’s considered special and what’s not.

Not really. I told you why I think it is.
Someone that got gladiator in season 24 as a rogue might not be able to get it or get it as easily in season 25 because of drastic changes that classes and specs go through from xpac to xpac and/or patch to patch.
Don’t @me for the seasons I used. I just picked numbers for example only.
Raids don’t really go through changes like that. Sure they might nerf or buff a boss after initial testing from the WF racers but other than that, it’s pretty much the same for the rest of the xpac.

That’s still a vastly more challenging feat than a handful of dungeons. Sure they were challenging hence the name challenge mode but they weren’t on the level of gladiator challenging or mythic raid challenging.

As someone with that Transmog on my monk? You’re not wrong and I wish you could get it. Removing a big chunk of achievement content was a terrible idea and, I suspect, not one they’d do nowadays.
