Scarlet Monastary loot scaled beyond Gnomer. most ally did gnomer in the low-mid 20s. SM was pretty much the only choice for 30s.

Affixes, coupled with scaling and the time pressure, means that the ways players engage with M0 are very different from M20.

Affixes and timers are just excuses. They are not original. This is not supposed to be an action rpg. Blizzard could get extremely creative if they wanted to.

Pff, vanilla had creative dungeons. We need more sunken temple and BRD style dungeons with dungeon quest being all over the world again just for starters. Also attunements need to come back, and dungeon sets, man I miss dungeon sets.

or, if they really DO make the content so difficult it takes players capable of playing at a more difficult level months to complete, it will mean the masses - those who struggle to kill turtles in the open world? they’ll never be able to complete it.
People already complain about this with the current megadungeon. Or, honestly worst case scenario which we are arguably in right now, hear it is “hard” and don’t even bother trying. I think the dungeon CAN be cleared by a group of people that maybe cap out at normal sark or halfway through heroic and it might take using the whole lockout going in 2 different nights, but these players are put off by all the doomers on the internet saying it is impossible and you need 460 IL to touch it.
