Love event mount drop question

some people in general forum keep spamming we can only have a chance to get those mounts from 1st box we open. is this true?
I thought we have 1st box had a greatly increased chance but rest other boxes from alts will have previous drop rate… what is the truth about mount drop chance?

I’m going to confirm that generally speaking a response to game functionality, looting systems, etc… is well outside our scope of support. We usually can only go off of what is already publicly available and don’t have any more information than you do. Specifics mostly need to come directly from a Game Developer or Community Manager.

With that said, I’m going to see if I can get clarification.

I would assume that the last update information is how something would work since that is the last statement made on the subject and would change how something works previously. I’ll see what I can find out though.

Game Hint” tends to cover all manner or things around how things work. It doesn’t have to be how to kill a boss, or how to complete a quest, it also encompasses how drop rates and drop information works and details on systems. We are not liaisons with the developers so isn’t generally possible to

It is likely because while issues like this are outside our scope of support, Game Masters still try to provide an answer when they can. They are human though so are just as likely to be wrong as anyone else when specifics aren’t otherwise available.

Please Clarification on Love is in the Air Rare drops

I’m surprised with how long this event and this particular item has been in the game that we still don’t have a simple and clear answer to this. I’m sure many players would appreciate knowing how this works so they don’t end up wasting their time when they don’t need to.

The X-45 Heartbreaker only has a chance to drop from the first Heart-Shaped Box per Warband per day

There is a clarification from Blizzard posted yesterday.

I wonder how many players are going to get the memo from a reply to a General Discussion thread about it. Maybe they could sticky that post, or make an official blue post about it at the top of the forum. I’m sure a lot of players would like to know this.

WoWhead made a post about it, so lots more people probably saw it there than on the forum.

There’s only so many/much places Blizzard can post to reach people. People who are looking for the info, shouldn’t have to dig very far to find it.

There’s only so many/much places Blizzard can post to reach people.

I would say the BNET launcher is probably the best place to post information like this, especially for one of the most sought after items in the game. When I see a new thing in the game shown on BNET thats where I usually click for more info about it. Its also the place every single player needs to go through to even play the game so I can’t think of a better place to post it.
