I am returning player, last played was Shadowlands. I went to NW to do a dungeon but everything on my map was reset. I still have the achievements from when I played, including “Explore Bastion” but yet my map is blank; as if I had never been there. All of the quests have reset, despite previously completing all of it.
Is this normal?
Zone and quest progress is character-specific.
Are you checking the character you previously completed Shadowlands on?
Yes, I am. This character has all dungeon teleports to each dungeon in SL. Shadowlands was played extensively on this character.
Not usually. You should have retained the areas you explored. I don’t know any way to resolve that issue without going out to explore it again.
You did complete the Shadowlands Campaign, as well as the Kyrian one on that character. You appear to have completed up to “Our True Purpose” for the Venthyr, and “The Endless Forest” for the Night Fae.
You’ll definitely want to submit a bug report though so our QA team can take a look.
Those are account wide now, so all your characters have them.
Just to clarify a bit of detail – all characters on an account now share those teleports, though the pre-requisites I have not nailed down.
My level 70 evoker who had not done many keys, though she did up to +18 in S3, does have all of my teleports.
My level 70 warrior who ran fewer, up to +16 in S3, has none.
My level 80 shadow priest, whom ran zero keys in DF, has all my teleports.

Just to clarify, because “ticket” tends to be the means by which folks contact a Game Master, you meant you submitted a bug report in the report menu.
