Progress Lost in Previous Expansions

Lost Previous Expansion Progress?

I am returning player, last played was Shadowlands. I went to NW to do a dungeon but everything on my map was reset. I still have the achievements from when I played, including “Explore Bastion” but yet my map is blank; as if I had never been there. All of the quests have reset, despite previously completing all of it. Is this normal?
