Lost Forum Access On My Main

Greetings! Just before pre-patch launched I had made a thread asking if I would lose access to my main forum poster because the level squish would bring it below level 10. I was promised that I would not lose access to my character because it was already in the database, but this appears to not be true! I was just logged out of my Battle.net account and when I logged back in none of my characters that were squished below 10 were available!
Is there any way to restore access to that character, as I did all of my forum posting on that character and would really like to keep it that way. I am not willing to level the character past level 9 because it has a lot of value to me as a previous level 19.

I know bumps are frowned upon in this section, but it’s been 12 days since I posted and I still haven’t gotten an answer so I hope that it’s warranted.

There’s nothing really we can do here for you Knodagh. Forward speaking statements are generally based on information had at the time of posting. That means things can change or not play out as expected.
