Every time someone makes a post people say they are making it up. I don’t do that. Never have. This is a computer issue, the guy said something that actually sounded not believable, and then you come in with this “wiring job” stuff that doesn’t even exist. So call it whatever you want, it made no sense.

I gave a family member my ancient Radeon 7870 Ftw, which was already gifted to me from a friend to replace a 4850. It still runs, along with my 4690k that I ran overclocked.
Sitting on my fireplace mantle is even older cards that I can’t remember the models for one, but one was a brand new Quadro card my uncle pulled out of a server he bought that was dead. I think the owners replaced the GPU, but ended up just replacing the whole unit it and sold it to him as scrap and forgot about the card.
They don’t make 'em like the used to. I used to have some Voodoo cards handed down as funny relics. Stuff before my time.

Our pup tinkled on the laptop and it died within an hour. But for a computer to withstand apple juice damage for 2 years just shows how dedicated Big Bertha was to making you happy.

The 1080ti was the best money spend on a video card for myself over the years all things considered. It was replaced but it lasted the longest.
