Haha I wish. Nah I am also just a salary guy on sales. But if someone really wanted to pursue that mount through grinding gold, I think if possible, the time is better spent on a real life job. I mean grinding for that amount of gold will basically feel like a job in-game anyway so might as well do a real job if there is an opportunity for it.
I’d like to point some things out:
- Some peeps are salaried
- Overtime doesn’t work the same across all companies
2a. For example, I worked at a company that paid 20% of what you normally earned until you hit a certain break point then they’d pay 100% of what you normally do. You do not get extra for working overtime. - The majority of the country does NOT earn $560 in a single day of income.
3a. Either you have a high skill job or a hard labor job or you’re an escort .

we have no release date for the xpack other than before dec 31st so 61 weeks would be achieveable.
you may even have some lucky weeks.
Does not have to be a single day. Grinding gold in game will take months if not years of work as well for that mount

Cheer I’m tired and distressed and I appreciate people who can point out logical fallacies during these times of exhaustion.
I feel like I have never been presented with a thing I cannot achieve in the game. Like technically I can do all things if I wanted to.
Except this. I cannot do this. It’s not possible for me to acquire the gold in a timely manner.

Though she is right too, I work in private industry and there actually is little care about manageable hours.

I lied about nothing. I never said you said that. But it is the logical extension of your statement that “people will survive without buying a 5 million gold mount”.
They will also survive without playing videogames.
If the standard is “people will survive without [fill in whatever you think people shouldn’t want]”, the bar is pretty low.
I said majority. 
But seriously at this time it’s $560. As the gold price for a token plummets it’ll be more. For example if it drops to 100k gold for a token then the mount becomes $1,000. Thus furthering the goal post. The token dropped from 200k to 178k today alone after the Brutosaur news came out.

One funny thing is we wouldn’t have that discussion if the wowtoken didn’t exist. Did people just realize that you can buy gold with real money?
I have plenty to do. As I said, what I’m forgoing will be BfA questing I have not yet done once. Also dungeons and the possibility of raids.
