Hello all.
Little backstory on me. I raided semi-hardcore back in Wrath, Cata, and MoP, but I have been away for 10 years. I came back to find that a lot has changed.

I currently have a ret pally main at ilvl 613 solely through delves, and the great vault. I ws dps/tank in WotLK, Cata, MoP. I don’t know the new dungeons though, so I’m looking for a group that is patient and willing to teach/mentor. I also have an 80 DK, 80 Shaman, and pretty soon, an Evoker. I’m also on the west coast, so early EST raid times probably won’t work.

I’m a fun guy. Good sense of humor. Not easily offended. I am looking for a fun and accepting group first and foremost. I’m willing to transfer servers and or faction if needed.

I’m looking for a casual raid guild. I want to learn m+. I’m not hardcore, and I won’t be that guy again. I’m also older than a lot of players now, so I have less tolerance for drama and bs. If you think I would fit with your bunch, let me know. Oh yeah. I’m still trying to figure out Discord. It was all Ventrillo and Mumble when I left!

Knights of the Alliance is recruiting all people, all specs, all roles, for our raiding, Mythic+, and PvP teams.

KotA has been around since the early days of Vanilla WoW and we have raiding in every tier since that time, attempting or beating every raid as it was current content. Every so often, as with anyone with a life, we have backed off raiding due to real life events or because an expansion sucked (looking at you BFA). We have consistently been a top ten guild on the server with this last expansion hitting a top five each raid tier. However, as always, our goal has never been to reach these heights, they are just obtainable with the right group of individuals around us. As such, here are the rules for KotA members -

1. We were all prior military. As such, we tend to act like it. We bark orders and we expect things to be done when we say it. But that also includes all the fun stuff. If you were ever in the military, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
2. We swear. A lot. Actually, an obscene amount. If that hurts your psyche, then we aren’t the guild for you.
3. We are also a family guild. My dad, my mom, my three older brothers, my two little brothers, and my sister all play WoW and are all in this guild. Once upon a time, we also boasted about having my uncle, my aunt, and my cousin all in guild as well. Those familiar relationships tend to grow towards people who join our guild, but especially with those who have been in the military.
4. Because 1 and 3, we also tend to give everyone around us a lot crap. We will trash talk you if you screw up a pull. We give you crap if you fall on the elevator boss. Expect to have a lot of fun while in guild but expect that fun to come at your expense.
5. We are a family. As such, we help each other out. We farm materials if you need to level your professions, we help you out if you are trying to get a specific item, we bring cauldrons, feasts, potions etc. From the moment you join, expect us to treat you as your family would treat you.
6. Which brings me to our final rule - If you sign up for something, we expect you to be there. We understand things come up and we know that real life is far more important that WoW, but we just ask that you give us a heads up if something is happening and you’re gonna be late or won’t be able to show up. We aren’t heartless, you know.

If you’ve made it through the rules for harmonious living in KotA, then you might have a place with us.

We are going to be raiding heroic raids, then switching over to Mythic every raid tier. We currently have five different raids running. Our raid times are Tuesday 4-7PST/7-10EST, Tuesday/Wednesday 5-8 PST/8-11EST, Wednesday/Friday 6-9PST/9-12EST, Saturday 5-8 PST/8-11EST. For M+, our guild focuses on getting our guild members through KSM, and then pushing to see how high we can go.

T - 8/8H looking to potentially expand to go into mythic. Will need one resto shaman and one more healer, plus a few DPS
T/W - 7/8H not looking currently for anyone
W/F - 7/8H, looking for enhancement shaman, Balance druid, Mage, Holy priest, Shadow priest.
S - 8/8N, this raid is for people who can’t commit to a specific time, who like to raid drunk, and alts. This raid always needs everyone lol

Our guild boasts the best healing core on the server and many of our DPS are top ten for their class/spec. So, if bullet points up above sounds good to you, hit me up. We always invite the person, not the class or spec.

Raiding:

The guild is progressing through heroic currently 7/8 and looking for healers. Our heroic times are 9pm EST on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. Do not feel discouraged if you are DPS! There is always ways to make your way onto the team.

Also have spots in our second raid group for individuals looking to get into raiding and looking for a group to start with. While also being able to progress and reach the point to joining the heroic team. Eventually all teams will be doing heroics. This day is Wednesday 8pm EST until 10:30.

Mythic+:

Currently for the heroic team we are asking individuals to hit their 2k io score as a requirement, you do not have to do this alone! Many individuals including myself are looking to assist individual in climbing mythic+!

Old Content:

Our current recruiter and GM also have the weekends planned out to do t-mog runs or achievement runs for mounts.
