I am not sure where the hate is coming from right now with the personal attacks but what does having rep, achievements, mounts, or gear have to do with not being able to choose between flying and not flying? Why is trash talking even being entertained right now? This isn’t a place to duke it out back alley style. It’s just a forum for a video game.

Both my great grandmothers on my dad’s side are from Wales. Just thought I’d through that out there.
Oh, you could make a community for people interested in not flying and it’d be kind of what you’re asking for. I don’t know if Blizzard will ever do what you’re suggesting but it’s an idea. I am not sure if it would appease you since there would still obviously be people flying around.

Probably not. They migrated to America like 100 years ago or so. I’m unsure of their maiden names. I need to talk to my dad about that more. Start a family tree.

Most of your post reminds me of those players that run around in grey gear for the “challenge” of it. And those people on Goldshire’s roof could have been dropped off there. Sounds like you need a break from WoW, not a nerf to flying.

Yeah, OP has a point. OP is also the only one trying to veer away from it being as toxic as you’re keeping it, Sent. I can’t back you on this one and the OP expressed their opinion. As worthless as you think it might be they might reach people who are like them and want to talk about it. Last I checked people are allowed to voice those opinions even if you think it’s a waste of space.

Whether you agree or not with this is irrelevant. Fact of the matter is, flying makes the player more efficient. I get more done in my WoW sessions when I can take to the skies instead of being on the ground traversing a terrain that’s a pain to navigate and densely packed with mobs that can daze and dismount you.

And that’s what many are saying. The grind is burning people out. It’s not that Flying is bad. It’s the grind that people hate.

And yet for many it actually created adventure. Thats your personal opinion and not proven fact. I’ve done more exploring since I’ve had access to flying than I did before. Because Blizzard designs the world in such a way that exploring is not fun.
Wildstar, maligned as it was, did exploring right. They made the simply act of exploring the world FUN.

Yep. All they had to do is make us complete the zones and explore the new areas. The goal is to get us to experience the content, right? I guess they mean experience the content hundreds of times.
