no charters after patch where before i could log in but couldn’t get into game or crate a new charter either but it scared me not seeing them there

I suppose I’ll see if I can get a refund for the play time until the service is back up.
Imagine not being able to put a character customization patch into a game after 16 years.

For those who are logging in & having issues where the realm list is showing no characters, just click your server where you have characters and give it 5 minutes to load your entire list despite it showing you have nothing there.
Now the problem that you may have, is that the “Character not found” bug may be very present. You’ll just have to keep trying to reload and wait for this to clear.

You guys arent some small indie company characters missing should have never been a thing. Are we going to be credited for the time we are losing we paid for?

I was able to play all my characters about an hour ago, I can log into the game perfectly fine, but when I get to the realm list, it shows all the realms, but all my characters are gone? I cant even create a new character?

yah, then click your character and wait 5 minutes before being redirected to the character selection screen with a message saying character not found…totally helped lol

I was in game and completed the Highmountain Tauren questline to unlock it. Well now i get “Character Not Found” and no achievement for the Highmountain Tauren either

Except this is the point of the pre-patch. This is where the major changes are. The Shadowlands launch is just the new zones, for the most part.
Hopefully it will be like that and if not than this could be happening all over again
