I am getting the ~character not found~ issue… moon guard realm

I managed to get in for a short period of time on a couple of my characters, but when I decided to swap to a new character to see the new starting zone experience it started the whole Character Not Found shenanigans again.

So at first I just couldnt log onto my characters, then I couldnt make new ones, and now the game server selection screen says I dont even HAVE characters

I am also having this problem i was able to get in earlier but now all my toons are gone on all the realms i played on.

same here, but when i go into my server they are there but i cannot log on
Same here. All of my characters appear to have been wiped? I’m in the server select screen and it shows that I have no characters on ANY server.

I was finally able to log in and my character list loaded, however, when i attempt to log into any of my characters i get and error “character not found”. Also when I try to create a new character I am unable to access my allied races. Also when i try to create a new character I keep getting a “character creation timed out” error.

Thank you for your updates Vrakthris! It’s appreciated! Right now it’s seeming all of my characters have been yeeted! Hopefully it’s fixed soon. Q_Q

I’m having the same issue, I was logged in fine before. Got DC’d and now I can’t get back in…
wondering if anyone else is running in to this issue. a buddy of mine cant get past the initial loading screen it locks up and does a full lock up. he has to shut down hard each time. this is exactly what he said
its a full lock up. I open wow, it starts brings me to main pag the background is black I can see the wow shadlow lands emblem, hear the music see optons and quit and it says connecting and it just freezes
cant alt tab out, cant alt f4 cant do anything have to hold power button down and reset pc
I just reinstalled my recent driver updates
any help would be great

getting a character with that name exists already when logging into my character. Also I was floating on an invisible boat on my way to the new starting area lol
Got the launcher and game patch. All characters missing from the realms screen. Chose a known realm with a character on it. Took a minute to load the character list. Still getting Character Not Found

All of my toons say “Character not found”. Any idea what the ETA is for this?

Still having the issue, though I managed to get in at one point. Game also won’t let you log out.
I wonder if they’re still working on this or just called it a night. I’d like to know so I can tell if I should also give up trying.
404 Mailbox, Cawfe, Fastforward, and my new cow are all missing 
What da SHADOWLANDS HAS CONSUMED MY ACCOUNT 
Same, servers pop but no characters to load. Was logged in no problem at 10:20 est, logged out to update addons then poof. Nada since.

I log in and show all of the servers up but I have no characters on the servers I previously have had characters…have a feeling this issue is way more serious than previously resolved.
