Compensate for not being able to play on patch day? Do you understand the scale of implementing patches like this to a game like this? It’s not an easy task. They will never “compensate” you for updating their game and being unable to play for a few hours, nor should they.

A binary patch went out recently, your client may need to pick it up. Try restarting the Desktop App if it doesn’t happen automatically.

Whats the patch suppose to do? Still Having issues
Anyone else now have an update/download along with a couple of realms being offline?
To be fair they have been running the same style of incompetent releases for 15 years, anyone expecting anything more is deluding themselves.
So cant log in to game… i get 2 mins of a black character screen, and then when the characters do load. I get to 75% of a loading bar and any characters and get character not found.
I get to the splash screen and then it asks me to select a realm. Everything is online except for my realm, Area 52 lol.

There’s about 10 or so realms offline right now.
Was hopeful when I saw that there was a patch…
But, nope. Nothing. All the same problems. If anything it’s worse now.
Just a check in, downloaded and installed the patch, characters on all servers are unable to be found.

I am missing my lunarwing owl mount on my druid. Should I file a ticket?
Im having the “3d Accelerator not supported” issue coming up when i try to launch, game doesnt load up or anything, just get the issue window…i had this issue when 8.3 launched and cant rememeber what fixed it, but ive tried everything i can think of…updated driver, restarted pc, try different compatibility, did the optimize thing, updated windows, and still no luck…help please! i just want to play the game!
