I mean, IDK why people wanted vanilla exactly, it’s one of the worst versions of the game, wrath-mop were far superior.
That’s a good thing. Now everyone knows to KoS, anyone with your guild KoS, and anyone who is friends with you to KoS. Likewise Alliance will now know that you pick fights with Horde and are nuisance to them. Win win.

I agree to some of it with exceptions. I believe that people wanted classic but players today are not playing how original classic was played. It was a different time in gaming and players were different. The idea is great but I believe players are the ones ruining most things.

Your first link is a bachelors thesis, not a peer reviewed source or scientific paper.
Your other links while informative are more focused on the individual versus the group, the insight into neoliberal thinking in regards to group performance(i.e. maxing dps output over using cleanses and interrupts) then it is on the impact of the dungeon finder.
Good reading, especially the focus on Nostralius and its player base. Definitely a worthwhile read for people on both side of the discussion

No, that’s the reality of the game as a whole. And LFD was introduced in original Wrath to solve it.
This also helps lower pop realms.
