If I had civil rights, like the right to agency over my body, it wouldn’t have taken me five years to get a medically necessary Yeeturus (hysterectomy) procedure done for my severe endometriosis.
Because I have less civil rights, I had to deal with gatekeeping and the runaround for over five years.
It also took over five years to get put on hormones because gatekeeping.
Tell me again how I have civil rights?

Just wanna say I’m glad this thread’s still around, and still (in the face of everything) so positive. It was absolutely flooded with a … certain type of person when it started, and I definitely took the opportunity to be an absolute gremlin to those people.
While I still don’t entirely regret being a dumb, gif-spamming hell-gremlin to people trying to deny my existence … I’m much happier to see the thread in this state, now. 
(That is, aside from the recent excursion into silliness…)

okay so i just saw the new pride flag, and i gotta be real with y’all, it’s turbo ugly. i don’t have the artistic ability to mock up an improvement, but i know enough to say that it doesn’t really work

Seeing so many out there when I googled it - i got to figure many do like it.
The basic rainbow of the other one I had always seen as a thing of beauty and a symbol of hope for sunshiny days to come - so I’m a little partial to the older format
Nothing wrong with the old one in my opinion, as a general symbol, but clearly they intended to be more inclusive with the new one.
I’m not sure what the purple circle is for but its neat to see the others.
