It’s hard for me with my Biploar. I come to this lounge and the other GD lounge to get away from the troll nonsese so it dosn’t mess with my depression.
I spent many years growing up realizing that it’s just not worth it for me to get involved in that stuff for my own mental heath. I would rather just be happy.
If things get to bad I will need a break so I don’t have a big depressive episode.
