blood elves were way cooler without the sunwell I agree. they are basically humanlite with the sunwell restored and it sucks.
yep. actual high elf lore is basically just funny archer people and mages. technically they shouldn’t even be allowed to be warlocks since a ton of their whole thing was looking down on blood elves for their research into darker magics. It’s also why it is kinda hilarious that the high elves apparently are working with the void elves now lol.
All I can say is Freddie Mercury was a god, no matter what his preference. I am a dude married to a wonderful wife and love her with all my heart.
Bow your heads in honor of a man who died sadly with a voice that nobody could compare to. I am sad and his preference in RL makes no difference to me.
Fair. But I believe they just wanted to stick with the elf heavy theme in dalaran I think. As the paladin trainer is also a high elf even though there are only like three cases of high elves being pallies lorewise.
I just like bringing him up because the weird high elf fans tend to get annoyed because he doesnt fit with their idea of high elven culture being all light based. Theres nearly as many high elven warlocks as there are paladins.
high elves are more just “generic” based rather than anything else. Their main themes are the generic fantasy archetypes. Elf archers, elf mages and maybe a couple elf warriors that you see once in a blood moon. It’s probably the most boring race type in the game.
Oh I wish.
No, no digi legs. Though that would be incredible.
I really wanted something akin to a permanent metamorphosis form like Illidan. Something that gives you the legs and wings permanently, whether it be through means of glyphs, a talent, or some bizzarro mage-tower reward thing. Either way, I want them too. So bad.
Generally they get deleted because the people making them are not really looking for that space, but are more concerned about denying others of spaces like this. And with that mindset the content of those threads tends to fall afoul of the rules of this forum.
Speaking as someone who is cis, straightish (hey, you never know who you’ll meet) and a white guy, I just want to know what people think they’d talk about in a thread like that. That’s a majorly broad group of people without necessarily a shared history of struggle based on those attributes to bond over.
wow players will try to hold onto the feeble faction line until it becomes absolutely unsustainable sadly. the saddest part is the only relevance it really has to the story is world pvp. competitive pvp is not based on the faction war. and neither is pve.
