Never said it was physical; your initial assumption is that the only possible limitations were physical, and not only did you immediately get owned on that front, it was pretty clear that you hadn’t even considered mental difficulties with focusing on something for hours on end.
Pretty sure at this point it’s shifted to both pointing out how badly you’re arguing that position and making fun of you for it. Any attempts to force into something will just go badly for you and lead to more insults coming your way.
Is this a threat? Insulting people with opposing views is a common defense mechanism used when someone is wrong and doesn’t want to admit it.
You avoided the question relevant to the topic. If you are unable to participate in normal or heroic raids, how would LFR sharing a lockout with them affect you?
I enjoy seeing someone take a weird stance, claim everyone else has the same opinion, provide no actual data other than conjecture, have a tantrum, use chatGPT to create obvious responses (that you know they think they’ve edited so well no one can tell but we can) and see how far down the rabbit hole they will go.
At some point, I do eventually grow tired and mute them, but it takes a while.
If you call pointing out the consequences of actions I know you’re going to be taking to be a threat…you really need a new dictionary.
Nah, I ignored it because it’s irrelevant and an attempt to deflect from your previous stupidity; you only started to pull out the “thread needs to stay ON TOPIC!!!111!” thing when you got pantsed by everyone else.
my question is relevant to the topic at hand and contributes to a constructive discussion. Dismissing it as irrelevant and resorting to insults does nothing.
Problem is your “discussions” are all one sided… you spewing chatgps spam again and again, while deflecting and ignoring anyone that challenges your “facts”. You’ve been provided with multiple opportunities in other threads to back your claims with substantive evidence or documentation but you do not. You’re either delusional or a troll, and the users of this forum recognize you as such… except for you.
I believe my discussions are intended to be constructive and based on the information readily available. I have provided accurate and relevant information to support my points. If you feel that I have not provided sufficient evidence or documentation. the burden of proof falls on you to provide evidence to the contrary. Additionally, dismissing my points and resorting to insults is yet another failed attempt to derail the topic of discussion.
LFR is fine, and having it on a seperate lockout is fine, because the gear sucks and the raid will be cleared on heroic before it is on LFR anyways so who cares.
Then you do possess a cognitive disconnect that you should consider.
You get discourse and then shut that discourse down with a “I am right you are wrong” statement.
That isn’t how burden of proof works, if you cannot prove your points, which are all your opinion and not fact, you do not get to shift that to someone else. It still falls to you.
Keep it how it was. If you are to soft to just say no then dip on in and take a hit. If you want to do both then enjoy. If you only want to do one or the other then just do one or the other.
Guilds exploiting the system sounds like a niche situation, but I see your point.
The kick system is there for that specific reason.
You won’t increase your iLvl that much by joining LFR. In fact, to me it seems like a great opportunity for mechanic practice for those who learn that way.
Players seeking a sense of accomplishment and challenge might not even touch LFR because it’s totally optional, especially if the lockout is kept separate from NM / HC. And because, again, the iLvl is lower.
Casuals will be casuals. People who raid won’t replace their previous experience with LFR, at least not all of them, because it’s not gonna be the same to what we’re used to. If anything, it’s like an opportunity for those who haven’t tried raiding to finally do it, feel encouraged to progress, thus, eventually joining a raiding guild. Win, win.
What makes it “story mode?” There’s no guarantee of success in DS LFR. You don’t just go in and cruise to the end and watch the cinematics. That “inferior loot” also includes tremendously powerful set bonuses, trinkets, and Deathwing weapons.
Dungeons are not relevant whatsoever to a discussion about raid difficulties.
If the other raid settings share a lockout, why should LFR not also share a lockout? It’s another raid setting.
