not needing the item and planning to sell is not super cool…hence “jerk” lol but whatever, play how you want
used to just give stuff to others in the run if you thought they needed it more or even just to be cool…it is a long way down to here and now lol
Even in the rosiest of lenses not everyone did that. Anyone who still wants to can, everyone else can do what they want with their loot. If people really hate the selling, keep kicking those folks from the raid until they stop offering.

So you tell me you inspect every person that can use an item you rolled on and if someone has something even 3 ilvl lower than you, you pass it on to them? You play LFR to gear up other random folks?
I participate in the kill. I won the roll fair and square. It doesn’t matter what I need it for or what I plan on doing with said item. Game awarded it to me. Unless you think I’m running 20’s in M+ to gear up other people?
Just wait until it gets around to Blizzard taking away the ability to trade gear in LFR and watch how fast the forums set everything on fire.

well it is simple, they asked for it, say something in raid chat or yeah sure inspect them, whatever…overall ilvl…doesn’t matter…being decent is no harder than being an a**hat. like i said though play how you want, just don’t be surprised when you find yourself alone in game…which is i assume what people who gloss over the whole MMO part of WoW want anyway.

Everyone is there for their own reasons. Again, no one enters LFR with the intention or mind set to gear up other people.
LFR is the difficulty it is because the players within it wanted no necessary social interaction to down the fights. The difficulty quite literally trains people to see the others in their raid as little more than goofy named NPCs and side characters there to further the player’s personal ambitions.
It’s main character complex within an MMO populated by other likeminded people. What do you honestly expect?

Nobody said don’t do the content you like but in this regard the player is specifically referring to item upgrades are they not?
Yeah, totally just story mode. Nothing to do with gear, right? Oh right nevermind, players blew a gasket in WoD when they didn’t get the shiny tier. And numerous other gaskets when anything was locked out of LFR to encourage players doing at the very least Normal.
We totally aren’t reminded that the “just for the story bro” difficulty is oddly populated with loot goblins.
If you go in there with the intention to roll against other people with the intention to sell the gear, you’re a scum-sucking maggot, objectively speaking.
There are infinitely many other ways to make a lot more money in the same timeframe that don’t rely on gouging people for LFR gear. If you don’t need the gear do something else.
Most people who play this game are a-holes.
I hate playing with people I don’t know because this is extremely common nowadays.
