Lfr is bad for the game

Yeah but you could always just queue again into a group that carries you

What? People wiped in DS LFR. It wasn’t like the LFR now. DS mechanics were easy, but people still wiped because they were not up to the challenge.

You commited 2h to do just one wing.

Servers have lower player caps now from when they did eight years ago, it’s full yes, percentage wise, but not the same numerically.

I agree, it was still an actual difficulty because there weren’t any trimmed mechanics. It was just easier than normal, which was already pretty easy especially after the nerfs.

I didn’t mind that, it meant you had to learn the fights, I loved it when was doing Spine of Deathwing and we were wiping and could say ‘nah the dps is too low sorry’

Yeah, but LFR folk changed that didn’t they?
There’s a reason it is the way it is now.
It’s not because Blizzard changed their policy,it’s because people complained about the difficulty.

Wrong WoW went down for days because they had to increase the cap on servers so no it’s harder for a server to reach full you wasn’t there when they had to take servers down to increase the caps then from what your comment is telling me sir.And they had to do it slowly over time because to many servers at time frame was around i been playing from the start of WoW and it still shocks me when people don’t even remember when Blizzard did it i sure did i have great memory.Took them many weeks to get them all done and only a hand full of servers went down at a time funny how i know all this it’s almost like i been playing from the start of WoW or something

Yes, they definitely increased server caps to accommodate the change from Eleven million subscriptions down to 3 million subscriptions. I’m not sure “playing from the start of WoW” tells you that, since I’ve also been playing since day one.

It’s like people arguing the game is thriving because they see “a hundred people thier zone”, disregarding the fact sharding is a thing.

lol timmy i highly doubt that if you think they would do a reverse cap on servers your reaching now peace man i got some more BFA to play timmy.

There’s no reason to operate extra server capacity that has no hope of being filled. And is calling people Timmy your own way of coping?

What proof do YOU have?
Nothing from anything youve posted here that shows that;

  • LFR harms the game
  • Subs were lost over LFR.

heh…yeah…and that applies to normal and heroic players too, son.

LFR is played because it allows people to play raids who dont have the time to revolve their life around a video game like many do

Q. Who is Raid Finder for?

A. Raid Finder is primarily intended for players who don’t already raid consistently. These are players who may not have had the opportunity to take part in raid content due to scheduling conflicts, playtime constraints, limited access to other raid-capable players, or a lack of experience with higher-end content. These players may want to experience World of Warcraft’s raid content and storyline without being able to commit to the additional time investment of a raiding guild. The Raid Finder is also a great way to quickly and easily gear up alternate characters without having to worry about raid lockouts.

Then quit talking about LFR if you know its not going to change.

You’re still rambling about nothing.
No proof, no logic, just rage and frustration because facts upset you.

I have a lot of regrets about Raid Finder for WoW. I am sure I worked on features that were much, much worse, but that’s the first one that came to mind.

To be clear, the goal of getting more players into raiding is a good one. But the way Raid Finder turned out removed, IMO anyway, a lot of the epicness of what made raiding raiding. I also haven’t played WoW in a few years, so it’s entirely possible they have solved the problem by now

Again…

THOSE are the FACTS that we can ALL see here.
Sorry about your luck.

Neither have you proved:

How LFR benefits the game
How many subs were gained with LFR being included

you must be new here, lfr isn’t bad for the game, lfr didn’t create the mess of a game we have now, blizzard did. Lfr didn’t even screw things up when it was implemented, it was just there for our much larger subscription base back in cata.

Proof please.

yeah, son…I have.
YOU have a long LFR history yourself, so sorry but you dont get to hypocrite here.
You play it…then its ‘useful’ by definition.
And YOU are the one with burden of proof since YOU are the one crying that its harming the game.
