GL has been troll loot system ever since it has been implemented and supporters of GL want a court like document to prove the rollers are trolls or heck if human being can be trolls

However because it does LFR is raiding so it uses the same system raiding does. It doesn’t get special treatment.

group loot needed like 10 changes to how it works to figure it out, and it’s still garbage.
“wow I love receiving a tier for shamans even if im not eligible at all because I could greed on it”.

If you won a non class tier token because you hit greed means no one needed it. PL doesn’t have those protections

It has built in protections and is still a better system.
I don’t care what you prefer. GL is a far superior system no matter what your feelings are.
Back in that day, you also didn’t have transmog to factor into rolls, either.
It’s a loot roll, not a gear roll. Everyone who participated in the kill and given the option to roll has the right to roll on it as they see fit.
I blame Blizzard, honestly. Everyone knows the way they built the transmog roll is useless, and they lock certain tiers/colors of appearances behind LFR in an attempt to keep people going back. (need those metrics, yo!)
If players were given another way to obtain the LFR colors it might help, except that would also mean they’d have no reason to go into LFR, killing the LFR metrics Blizzard wants to see.
I agree with a separate transmog roll that awards a cosmetic piece to the person that wins that roll, separate of the actual gear role. Make the transmog button actually do something meaningful for those who are there for transmog, and it would be used.
ilvl is temporary, transmog is forever.
But worry not - if I win something you want and my slot is filled with an ilvl +20 item and you really need it, you have every right to beg.

No, PL doesn’t require click. In GL you need to look the loot and click 4-5 times after each boss. It is such a big waste of time.

Doesnt matter. PL auto rolls for you.
If you need on everything in GL its literally the same as PL but atleast has protections.
Then dont click at all. Its really not that time consuming and a very weak complaint.

Ain’t this the truth, the people here really can’t be taken seriously.
They really need to bring PL back, best thing for the game at this point… too many selfish players to allow GL to be the best play.

Nothing selfish about wanting item appearances that can’t be obtained any other way.
Maybe it’s selfish to want things over someone else who has better gear; they put in the effort to get it already and you didn’t.
Or, (and this is a crazy suggestion) everyone should have equal opportunities to roll if they participated. Kind of like it is now.
